A women's organization focused on furthering the spiritual, social, and financial welfare of St. Leo's Parish and addressing the various needs of the Winston-Salem community. The group does community services, fundraising activities, and social and educational events. The Guild provides many items for the Church such as the Baptismal font, altar linens, organ repairs and the new sign.

Prayer to St. Theresa
O Little Theresa of the Child Jesus who during your short life became a mirror of angelic purity, love of God and wholehearted abandonment to His will, now that you possess the Lord you so deeply loved, plead my case before his Holy throne. Make my trouble your own. You promised to spend your Heaven doing good upon the earth. Come to my help by granting my humble request if it is for the greater Glory of God and the good of my soul. Dear Little Flower, obtain for me the strength in the trials of life and be defended at the hour of my death. Lead me to a happy eternity. Amen
